Money is much more than a figure on a spreadsheet

It's a fuel

Money is a fuel – use it wisely to go far

For too many business people gathering wealth means having as much money as imaginable. This implies you first need a scale of comparison you will use to define and compare your wealth to others.

I claim that money is not everything. In fact it is worthless if not used appropriately.

Furthermore, how would you feel when money loses its value? Would your inner value diminish to the point of depression?

Sure, you can buy stuff that gives you a feeling of happiness or comfort, but to me that is not what wealth is about.

True wealth comes from within. Well, that is my perspective anyway.

The millionaires around me are really happy people. They don’t focus on money. They focus on growth. Personal growth that is. Most of them also focus on helping others. It is not about them any longer, it is about how they can elevate others to give them the tools to grow exponentially.

The secret in fact is that it is not money that makes you happy, it is your happiness that brings money to you.

I know you will say that it’s easy to say when you have money and it is true to say that having none makes you a miserable, desperate, bitter person everyone around you wants to avoid. You feel lonely and can no longer find a way out. And you have the perfect explanation! You don’t have money. How could you be happy without that precious resource?

If you have none,
think differently about yourself.

Think about who you are deep down. Reconsider who you have been and who you want to be. Break out of your habits and create new patterns that will make you happy. Happy in the sense of serenity. That feeling inside of you that is free from that knot in your belly that ruins your day by constantly reminding you of what you believe you are.

The truth is that you are not that feeling. You are so much more!

You are who you are meant to be. Not what you have been told to be.

Change your patterns of behaviour about yourself and re-discover who you really are.

You know, that inner child who knew exactly what the path to follow is and who education, schooling, the surroundings, the identity has carefully crafted to be a slave to a purpose which is not hers/his.

Only then will you be able to redefine how you can serve in alignment with your destiny.

We talk more about this in our Leadership Destiny group where leaders share their experiences in view to constantly improve and grow as a result.

See you there.
